2013 Timeline
Below are the major milestones for the 2013 Best Companies to Work for in Colorado program. For a detailed timeline that includes samples of the surveys, email list instructions and IT information, please review the Participation Checklist.

February 18, 2013
|
Program Registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent via email when the registration is submitted. Organizations will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Please contact Liz Flood at lflood@modernthink.com to discuss survey options.

February 27, 2013
|
Deadline to submit customization requests (optional) and oversampling options.

|
March 1, 2013
|
A web link for the ModernThink Administrative Portal is sent to the Primary Contact. The portal is used by applicants to:
* Upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Random Sample Generation Instructions
* Request any access codes/login sets for employees without company emails addresses (online option only).
* Order paper surveys.
* Download, complete and upload Survey Verification Forms.
* Customize Job Role and Department (optional).
* Increase survey audience by oversampling (optional).

* Deadline to submit employee email addresses to ModernThink via the Administrative Portal.
* Deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses, or a paper survey number, via the Administrative Portal.
* Deadline to submit the Employee Verification Form via the portal.
* Deadline to submit Job Role/Department customization or oversampling forms.

Infrastructure and Practices Inventory© (IPI) Survey will be available to Primary Contacts through the ModernThink Administrative Portal.

Paper version of the employee survey and collection envelopes are sent to the Primary Contact at the participating companies for distribution (paper option only)

Connectivity Test Today. Email sent by ModernThink to your company’s Primary Contact and IT Contact in advance of the survey launch.

March 29 - April 12, 2013

Employee Survey Period for online and paper surveys (two weeks).

ModernThink sends notification to all participants regarding the status of their candidacy.

July 2013
|
SHRM Colorado State Council issues statewide press release announcing list of finalists. (after the Awards Banquet)

|
Week of July 1, 2013
|
Participation Reports are sent to all applicants.
|

July 25
|
Celebration Awards Banquet hosted by SHRM Colorado State Council, ColoradoBiz magazine and Jobing.com. The August edition of ColoradoBiz magazine will highlight the winners.
