Join us to celebrate the 5th annual Best Companies to Work for in Colorado program at our awards luncheon and gala on Friday, July 30, 2010 and be amongst the first to know which companies in Colorado ranked as being the best in the state. This year’s awards gala will be emceed by Gregg Moss, 9News Reporter.

Workshop description:

The Business of Being Great.  (1 hour)

Rich Boyer of ModernThink,LLC the program’s survey provider, will provide insight on how Colorado employers are treating their employees, especially in these difficult economic times. He will also provide longitudinal data from the past five years of the program. His presentation will be followed by:

Brag, Borrow & Brainstorm, (1 hour) featuring a panel of this year’s finalists discussing the value this program has brought to their organization and what makes them stand apart as being a Best Company to Work for in Colorado.  Finalists will facilitate sessions with small groups of attendees to brainstorm ways to apply this information in their own organizations.  **HRCI continuing education credits pending**
