- Describe the difference between diversity, inclusion and engagement
- Understand the impact of “non-inclusion” on employee behavior and the bottom line
- Define the reasons for and sources of engagement
- Demonstrate insight into the impact of perceptions
- Apply seven specific inclusion tools/techniques that shift behavior
- Identify three major differences in cultural values and their impact on organizations
Strategically design an organizational culture that maximizes inclusion and engagement, and aligns with an organization’s vision, mission, strategies, values, and goals.
