Part II – ModernThink Insight Survey© (employee survey)
The ModernThink Insight Survey© consists of 65 statements that employees respond to on a five point Likert scale. The survey also includes two open-ended questions and seven optional demographic questions. The results are analyzed and categorized according to three specific perspectives: Individual, Workgroup and Organization.
Survey Format/Cost
Online or Paper? ModernThink conducts the majority of the employee surveys online. However, paper surveys are available to those companies whose employees do not have online capabilities. An additional processing charge will be applied to cover the costs or administering and processing paper surveys. For the online version, each employee will receive survey invitation via email that includes a web link along with a unique password. Companies choosing the online version of the survey will be asked to submit a list of randomly selected employee email addresses.

Number of employees being surveyed
ModernThink will survey up to 400 randomly selected employees in a company, depending on the size of the company. The chart below lists how many employees will be randomly selected to participate. The chart also lists the fees associated with each company size.
We encourage all participating companies to use the online survey process. However, if online surveys will not work for your company, we offer a traditional paper based survey option. When you complete the online registration form, you will select the paper or online option you want and be invoiced based on that information.

Please note organizations with 25 employees or more are eligible to participate in this program.
